MANGKALAUBOL
Large water lily with pads from 16 to 20 cm in diameter, and 14 cm flowers.
Cultivar from Thailand, voted best new hardy waterlily in 2004 (IWGS). The big copper flowers are held above deep green leaves. Young leaves are mottled purple.
Plant one per 20 litre Latour-Marliac planting container at a depth of 40 to 100 cm in order to have approximately one square metre of surface coverage after a year or two.
