'Indiana' is a delightful lily that is well-suited container gardening. Its red flowers with coppery tones and mottled pads are typical of Latour-Marliac's antique varieties, which were mostly crosses with Nymphaea flava. Indiana is the third lily, along with Comanche and Sioux, to carry a name that evokes American Indians.
Plant up to three per 14 litre planting container at a depth of 20 to 40 cm in order to have approximately one square metre of surface coverage after a year or two.
